Booking information
Please arrive ten minutes before your first appointment. Our patient registration form and health questionnaire is available in the link below. Please complete this form and bring it with you along with copies of any recent blood test results, x-rays and scans, and copies of any specialist letters that you think may be helpful.
In an effort to reduce waiting times we are streamlining our appointment system. Please ensure that adequate time is booked for your appointment. Initial consults for new patients can take up to 60 minutes in order to ensure a detailed history and health assessment is undertaken. Initial follow-ups and subsequent follow-ups can take up to 30-45 minutes.
If you are unsure what your specific consultation length should be, please check with the receptionist who will assist you.
We do have some appointment times available on the day for urgent medical consults
If more than one family member is to be seen, please book the relevant number of appointments needed.

| Standard Consultation | $90 |
| Long Consults | $180 (Partial Medicare rebate of $71.70 to $105.55 applies) |
| Repeat Scripts | Doctors have a legal obligation regarding repeat prescriptions and referrals; usually new referrals and scripts cannot be issued without a consultation. |
| Medicare Refunds | If you have registered your bank account details with Medicare, the rebate will be deposited into your bank account, usually within 48 hours. |
